Excellent guided tour of the submarine and the boat ride out to the Arizona memorial. Since the memorial was undergoing maintenance, we stayed on the boat while the tour guide gave the tour. We were given earphones and a sound device to hand around our...More

Really didn't have teenagers but for some reason didn't give me the option for just family. Anyway, it was an experience you are not likely to forget. Very sobering to see the memorial and knowing that men are still down there. The whole tour was...More

Lots of things to see and do. You need to allocated a good day to the visit to do it justice. Food outlets were not too great but the exhibits were excellent

I loved visiting Pearl Harbor. The history and feeling you have while there is amazing. To walk where it all happened is a feeling like no other. Be sure to come here while in Oahu if you don't do anything else while here!!

Touring the Valor in the Pacific was an important day for me. Trying to imagine all the military who served there, died there, and those who lived through the horror made it a somber experience. I learned a lot about what the attack was all...More

The Pearl Harbour visitor center is a must visit for visitors to Oahu. For all visitors it commences with a video providing detailed historic information from build-up tensions between the countries, how the attack was carefully planned, carried out and the devastation it caused. The...More

Pearl Harbor is a memorial to those who died in the Japanese attack. It is free to go in but you cannot take bags in so there is a locker service avail for $5 per bag. Don’t pay to do a tour, you’re basically paying...More

If you visit Oahu you must visit pearl harbour. As a Scot, my knowledge of the devastation caused by the raid on the harbour was limited and I really had my eyes opened by this thought provoking visit. So saddened by the loss of lives....More

I hear that it may take a few weeks or months for the boat ramp to be repaired. I recommend checking their website for updates.

I have booked the Arizona Memorial for an 11 am Tour. Now we are planning to do the audio guided tour, and it says add an extra hour to the tour so the audio plays for the museum/exhibit so were planning on getting there for 9.45 doing the museum and then the Arizona. Then going to the aloha stadium swap meet. Now, I have found out that day because of a football game the swap meet is closed at 12. Is it an option for me to the swap meet first. Get to Pearl Habor for maybe 10.15/10/30 doing the Arizona with the audio tour, and doing the museum after with the audio tour? Does it make too much of a difference? Now, I know more about the history then my family does, so I'm not sure if its a disadvantage to them, to do it that way round, or if its possible. I've never been to Peal Harbor before.
