The Battleship Missouri Memorial is open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. during the summer months (8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. the rest of the year). General admission, which includes choice of an optional tour, is $25 per adult and $13 per child (4-12). Military, kama'aina (local resident) and school group pricing is available. The Battleship Missouri Memorial, located a mere ship's length from the USS Arizona Memorial, completes a historical visitor experience that begins with the "day of infamy" and the sinking of the USS Arizona in Pearl Harbor and ends with Imperial Japan's unconditional surrender aboard the USS Missouri in Tokyo Bay.Following an astounding career that spans five decades and three wars, from World War II to the Korean conflict to the Liberation of Kuwait, the "Mighty Mo" was decommissioned and donated to the USS Missouri Memorial Association, Inc., a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, which operates the battleship as a historic attraction and memorial. The Association oversees her care and preservation with the support of visitors, memberships, grants and the generosity of donors.

We decided to go and see it all at Pearl Harbour, the Arizona memorial, Battleship Missouri, USS Bowfin submarine and The Pacific Aviation Museum it was well worth the money and something I would highly recommend. You are given headsets with which you can listen...More

This is an important site and easy to do while you are visiting Pearl Harbor generally. The site of the surrender is very well done on this battleship and if you have never been on a battleship before it's great to get to see many...More

This is something special for every one. The tour gives you the opportunity to visit all the parts of the ship but the most interesting is the spot where the Japanese representatives signed the papers for their surrender during the second world war.

Took the family on the Battleship tour and it was crazy how big this was. The guns were huge. It was how they fit everyone on here to sleep. Watch your head, listen to the stories when you can, bring water if you plan on...More

Be sure to do the guided tour. A must see for history buffs! My second favorite attraction at Pearl Harbor, after the Arizona.

This is a ship with so much history. I recommend that you first take the guided tour with the tour guide and then do the self guided tour with the audio. Give yourself lots of time. After touring the ship head on over to the...More

My wife and I traveled to Honolulu for the first time to see our daughter and son-in-law, he’s in the Navy. We saw so many great things but at the top of the list was the Missouri. IT is well worth the price. We took...More

Definitely spend a few hours touring the battleship where the Japanese surrender was signed ending WW2. Go below the decks and see how the crew worked and lived. Our family has been on all the Iowa class battleships (USS Iowa, USS New Jersey, USS Missouri...More

We had a great informative tour on this battle ship. It was good to hear not only facts about the ship and battle but also about more humane stories. Include this in your plans for a pearl harbour trip.

I noticed on their website their are some renovations going on and the flying and navigation bridges are closed. Does this affect the quality of the visit? Is it something that should deter us from visiting? Also, are reservations required?

I was there last week. You would never be able to see 100% of these ships or submarines, as many areas are off limits anyway. Yes, the top levels are closed, but we spent about 2 hours going through the rest of the ship... More

We will be staying at the Sheraton Waikiki. If we drive to Pearl Harbor on a Sunday, how long do you think it will take on average?

Do tickets to the Missouri Memorial sell out? I plan to purchase tickets to the USS Arizona Memorial online ahead of time and would like to visit the Missouri afterwards. Should I buy tickets to the Missouri online as well or I can wait until the day of? Also how long do you estimate it will take to do both memorials? Thanks!

I think you could get your USS Missouri tickets on the day you are there, especially if it is a weekday. We spent 3 hours at the Arizona Memorial because there is such a good WW2 museum, most of it outdoors. You'll want to... More
