While this monument may be a nice tribute, it's not a destination activity by itself. If you're doing the Valley Forge driving tour, do get out of your car and take a look.

This is a very beautiful memorial to all the men & women who fought for our freedom here. It is modeled after The Arch de Triumph in Paris. Very nicely done. It’s a nice stop on the National Park tour.

This is a monument on the Valley Forge tour and it was probably my favorite part of the tour. There is a feeling of quiet respect in the area and it offers a very good photo opportunity

We stopped at the National Memorial Arch during the driving audio tour. It's worth getting out of your vehicle for a closer look.
