I love it when very old buildings are used as museums. The building has been saved from demolition and decay, and visitors are able to view the architecture along with artifacts. This is a place to see lots of history, but that said, I was...More

Great collection of almost every type of American and confederate historical items. They let you roam around without a tour guide which is good. Really cheap. 5 for adult kids free

This is a "Must See" for anyone interested in the Civil War and Vicksburg's history. Inexpensive and located in historical Vicksburg. The building and its artifacts make you feel the history in its walls.

This space is chock full of historical artifacts. I needed much more than the 1 1/2 hours I spent here. The exhibits are described well and there is something of interest for everyone (other than small children.)
