Having been to the Columbus, San Diego, Tampa and Bronx zoo, this was by far our favorite as a family. We took our young girls during the Halloween season and the zoo did not disappoint. The weather was still mild so all the animals were...More

We went there on Sunday and spent 5 hours there With teenagers it is hard to keep them engaged but we had no problems keeping them busy. The animals were out on a cool November day. We had time at every area to see and...More

We were able to attend a "preview" yesterday afternoon and evening of the Cincinnati Zoo and Botanical Gardens' annual Festival of Lights, which they do each year during the Christmas season. We attended as a part of their annual "University of Cincinnati night at the...More

Start with parking $10, pricy! Park follows a circle direction and map was easy to follow. There are a few places you walk to see animals and then have to double back to continue on, could have better flow. There were plenty of good exhibits...More

This zoo was a pretty good zoo for us. It was pretty well laid out, although you do have to pay attention to your map. The exhibits are very well thought out. It is not too big to where you can't enjoy it in one...More

Enclosures are small and dated. The staff has worked hard to do the best they can. It appeared very well supported when I was there by the community. Many of the animals exhibited signs of stress. Young kids would enjoy it but if you're an...More

The Cincinnati Zoo is the perfect combination of animal variety, special exhibits, and perfect size for visiting. Very professionally organized and marked, it isn't overwhelming like the San Diego Zoo, but offers way more than most other major metropolitan zoos. A real jewel just north...More

I was confused by this too. There is a kiosk right before you get to the entrance that you will pay 19 at but you do t pay the $3 service fee. It's actually a dollar cheaper to pay at the kiosk.

Yes, there are spaces for RVs and buses. The parking fee is not included in the entry fee if you are not a certain level membership.
