we happened to have passed by here driving and found this beautiful fountain and over view of the city.
there was designated parking here and it was super quick and easy.
people around here seems to be not in a rush at all.
The lake is cool and a good place to walk/run. The upper part is a nice place to sit and look about. Sometimes near nighttime it gets crowded and there's too many smokers but otherwise the pond and ducks are also cool to viist.
