We spent a fun family afternoon at Smale Riverfront park. Three generations, including multiple high school students and one college-aged student, enjoyed our time exploring the park. We played in the park, danced on the piano, and enjoyed the swings. It was a wonderful way...More

On the Ohio River in Cincinnati between two major sports stadiums and near the National Underground Railroad Museum. Great place to visit. Wish we had had more time there and that it wasn't windy and cold when we were there. Great spot to return to.

Take a break and walk around this lovely park downtown. There are a few benches to sit on and just people watch.

I really cannot understand the five-star review given by some. If you just want to walk the riverfront, it’s a nice place. Everything you see in the pictures is all there is. This is probably more fun for kids, but keep them well-attended. We saw...More

My family frequents this park quite often. We absolutely love walking along the river and visiting the different garden areas as the seasons change. Plenty of room to roam with great views and great dinner/drink options close by!

We love Smale Park and go often. The gardens and landscaping are extensive and gorgeous. The extended walk along the Ohio River ties in with about 2 miles of paved walkways. Love the views of Kentucky, the Roebling Bridge, the Cincinnati Skyline. There is a...More

Absolutely gorgeous with walking paths, splash pads, swings, beautiful views of the river and right by the sports stadiums. Perfect area for joggers. The park is so tastefully done and adds to a super visit to Cincinnati. Good places to eat nearby.

Very impressive river walk park. Impressed with the different children’s playgrounds, swings, and views. The views were great. We walked over the Roebling extension bridge into Kentucky. The view from there was amazing. The Cincinnati skyline, the two sports stadiums, riverboat. Highly recommend, have fun

Ohio River views and nice walking area. Fun swings. Surrounding area has lots to see and do. We enjoyed a long walk to the Montgomery Inn.

The Smale family contributed this beautiful city center rehab project near both stadiums and concert hall, and revitalized this part of the city center.
