I have been to the Krohn Conservatory 4 times both in the summer and winter. It's located in Eden park near the art museum; combining the two is a good idea especially on a rainy day. The conservatory was built in the 1930s and is...More

We went to the observatory to see butterfly exhibit. When we travel thru St Louis we make it a point to try and stop at the butterfly house there. The exhibit was spectacular. The children were well behaved and quite so the butterflies weren't afraid...More

We took our four year old granddaughter to see the butterflies, she enjoyed it a great deal. Highlight was having a large blue butterfly land on her dad's shoulder. Not sure she would have had much fun if not for the butterfly display, although a...More

My wife and I took our 2 yo granddaughter. It was very pleasant and a great outing for us. We also took time to enjoy Eden Park. More parking would be nice.

We have visited Krohn at least once a year for the past 20 years. We especially enjoyed walking through during bleak winter months. Krohn is walkable for all ages although there are stairs. Parking is free but limited.

I've visited in the spring, the summer, and the winter. The Krohn is a must for anyone visiting the Cincinnati area regardless of the season. One display changes with the seasons but there are others that are constant, such as the rain forest room or...More

Our whole family loved the Madagascar butterflies and getting to see them "up close and personal". There was a bit of a wait on the weekend but not too bad. This is one of the must see spots if you live in Cincinnati and one...More

As stated before the conservatory is not a park, but more of an arboretum. Eden Park is just across the road, while there are no food vendors, we find it a perfect place to take a picnic lunch after visiting the conservatory.
