We spent several hours at the lower Falls. This included my wife and myself with four of our children (ages 7-16). The path to the upper Falls was closed, but we went on several path to see Observation points of the Lower falls. Be prepared...More

It's a hike, because Uncle Tom's trail is closed for construction. We didn't mind the hike though. Theres a very steap set of stairs. Easy going down, very strenuous on the way back up. We have a 7, 5, and 4 year olds we decided...More

After viewing THE Grand Canyon, I wasn't looking forward to stopping here because I doubted I'd be impressed. However, I was very wrong. We parked near the lower falls, closer to the lodge, although still a good 30 min. walk away. There are bathrooms here....More

The falls are spectacular and our favorite sight in the Park. To visit the entire park, I would suggest you divide the sections into three or. four areas and take a day to visit each area.

A few too many crowds, but well worth the trip to see. I recommend taking the 3/8 mile trip to the edge of the falls. Super photo opportunity!

We stopped at Brink of the Lower Falls, where a 3/8 mile steep path takes you down to the very edge of the top of the Falls. It is quite strenuous climbing back up.

A very lovely falls. I could watch the falls for hours. It was a holiday week and was very crowded but worth fighting the crowds.

We passed this place while spending the day driving round the park. It's another one of those places where you park your car at the top and walk down to the spectacular view. We loved it. I took photo's but there are already plenty on...More
