Visited June 2017, What can I say that hasn't already been said or written, this really is a not to be missed Yellowstone attraction. The view really is spectacular, the river was in full flow due to the snow melt, I just could not tear...More

Our last day in Yellowstone was spent in the Canyon area and it was great to leave Yellowstone with the best it has to offer. We saw the Lower Falls from the Brink - a steep, but doable trail, and from the Lookout - a...More

We did the brink trail and were rewarded with a sighting of a black bear about 15 yards off the trail. Carry your bear spray and enjoy the power of the Yellowstone river rushing over the top of the falls. At around 8000ft above sea...More

Stunning views. We learned to get to sites before 8 as the vandals, dangerous drivers and people with their dogs aren't out yet.

An absolutely beautiful valley with many terrific vantage points. Get up early to avoid the crowds or stay late. We spent nearly an hour watching an osprey nest. Lovely!

This is just amazing to see. The colors of the canyon with the falls is just breath-taking. This is something you should not miss in Yellowstone.

Do not settle for the view from the top. Drive over to the rim and take the 600 foot drop down to the viewing platform. Yes I know you have to walk back up but what you see is worth it and the only place...More

Yes, you have to see Old Faithful and yes, you need to do the short hiking trail to the overlook at Grand Prismatic Spring at the Fairy Falls parking lot. I would put the Brink of the Lower Falls experience as another Top 5 in...More
