The lodge was very new when we stayed here, room very clean. Bathroom was very nice including toiletries in larger, refillable bottles to cut down on waste. Sink was across the way from the bath/toilet and featured a bright blinking light on an outlet that...More

Canyon Village has a lot of great things- a really nice visitors center and several shops and restaurants. Was really nicely redecorated (I think the visitors center is brand new) and had anything you might need.

Several cafeteria-style restaurants (be prepared for long lines and waits). Also a very-well outfitted and stocked general store. Great visitor's center (although was the AC broken while we were there?). We tent-camped at the Canyon Village campground. Absolutely loved it. Wanna go back, sooner rather...More

We decided to wait and sit to eat our lunch. This place is run very effeciently! Every station had their own waiter and cooks. I had a burger & side salad which was delicious! Our waitress was wonderful. It was worth waiting a few minutes!

The new lodges are extremely nice and comfortable. The food is absolutely the worst. Out of date and not so clean restaurant buildings, spotty service and a plethora of overpriced and tasteless food choices. Hmmmm - same as when I visited here in 2001. At...More

Canyon Village visitor centre really has everything you want: good choice of restaurants, very well-stocked shops and the highlight for me, a FABULOUS ice creamery where the waffle cones are freshly made and the ice cream comes in delcious flavours and generous portions. Worth a...More
