We camped in the Grant Village campground this summer for 5 nights. Before we went, I was concerned about how much shopping, etc. we'd need to do before entering the park, as there wasn't much available in the way of groceries, etc. the last time...More

We spent our first night in Yellowstone in Grant Village. The West Thumb area is very scenic and the Grant Village amenities are very accessible and helped us to get oriented to the south part of YNP. The gas station was especially appreciated! We did...More

Grant Village is someplace we hadn't visited the first 2 times we came to Yellowstone. We weren't missing a whole lot. Our 3rd time we stayed at the campground, which was great. Grant Village has a lodge/restaurant, a post office & general store. There's also...More
