I often walk my dog on the beach in the early morning, no doubt the best time of day there. The beach is nice enough but many visitors seem incapable of putting rubbish in the plentiful supplied bins, this tends to spoil the look. A...More

We went to this beach on a Monday morning. Besides the drunk Thai, almost nobody there. The drunk guy never moved. My children asked if he was dead. We have lived in Thailand for 4 years, and visited many beaches, from Rayong to Koh Samui....More

Weather was windy, and water was muddy and unclear. The beach is long but narrow. Few restaurants and hotels nearby. It still gives little beach vibes.

We took a really nice walk along the beach. There are several places where one can sit and drink (you have to rent the chair though for around 30THB). It is a bit filthy though - in my opinion not that bad. The fisher village...More

Bang saray beach and beaches in Pattaya in general has average coarse sand beach with murky waters, very different from beaches in Phuket where clear water rasides.

I agree with Dave B. Ban Amphoe is a nicer beach with food, drinks, shade, chairs, tables, facilities. Bang Saray is more of a locals beach not tourist beach. Both ae cleaner than Pattaya.
