Visited this museum by train. Very easy access, around a 10 minute walk from the station. The name 'museum' is misleading, it is more of a park: I would definitely bring walking shoes if I went again! You can easily spend all day here! When...More

Fabulous museum spoiled by horridly rude and ignorant staff at the cafe. Spoiled the visit enough that we may not go again - shame.

Although a business trip I did get to see a lot of the site and its eclectic collection. Well worth a visit.

Food was very good. Nice choice of sandwiches. Competitive prices and excellent staff. Wheelchair access is okay but tables too close together

Arrived at 11 and left at 4.30 - this is an unusual museum with a real rural feel. 'Exhibits' are housed in various buildings but the building are exhibits themselves, ranging from a huge tithe barn, a windpump, tin chapel, barns, schoolroom, and a Victorian...More
