My boyfriend and I stayed at Ochi Rios Sandals for seven days, and this was one of two excursions. It took FOUR HOURS for only 15-20 minutes of swim time. It was $56 per person, and the shuttle bus picked us up at the resort. We were told the location was an hour away from the resort, but it took... More

We paid $50.00 a person to go on this. I had 4 teenage girls with me and the "workers/lifeguards" would not keep their hands off of my girls. They kept grabbing them in inappropriate places and when my girls told them to go away they wouldn't. They must think they can get away with it because it is at night... More

The Glistening Waters is a fun evening, the waters are really warm Make sure you don't wear white swimwear as it will be brown once you've been in the water, and the mosquitoes bite at night so be prepared. But it is worth a visit as it's only one of four places in the world.

We went with JTL tours from our Montego bay hotel. It was about $56 per person above 12 and $36 for kids. Couple of hours trip in the evening (6.30 to 8.45PM) . It was a very unique experience to swim waters that would glow when you swam (not when you stand or walk). Breaststroke is the best but we... More

This is a night tour where you take a boat ride out to the lagoon and you swim in the water which will light up as you move. I started out planning to get in the water but couldn't /wouldn't when I got out there. This was a personal fear of being in the water in the dark and even... More

Our group of 8 (4 teens and 4 adults) Took a taxi to Luminous Lagoon from Montego Bay. Upon arrival we were given complimentary rum punch drinks (👎🏻 on the drinks not very good) and the restaurant had a makeshift dance routine goin on onstage which was very amateur but nice nonetheless. We boarded our boat with Captain Jerry. Awesome... More

We previously visited a similar bay in Puerto Rico but didn't get in the water. It was unreal to see the glimmering with each swim stroke! Our captain was FANTASTIC - great information and even gave our son water to take home. Downside - it is not a very long excursion. Could be improved if either boat ride was longer... More

The Luminous Lagoon Tour was a unique experience since there are only a few places in the world you can experience the glowing waters. When you get there, you are taken out on a boat where the reason for the glow is explained. You then have the option to get out and swim in the waters which are only about... More
