Saw this as an excursion through royal carribean but heard from others it was cheaper to take a taxi yourself and no time constraints.

So we took a taxi $20 usd per person round trip (10-15 min drive), $10 each admission/beach chair + $20 for an umbrella

Staff were very kind and welcoming, no complaints there

Our taxi driver was very funny and entertaining (it was more like a small bus not a taxi) however a little loud on the bus speakers. We also stopped at a gift shop on the way back which honestly I wasn’t interested in doing after a long day and just wanted to get back to the ship

Perhaps they should not enforce the round trip taxi thing they’re doing - not only is it more work for the drivers to have to come back for each person, even though not everyone in the taxi ride over is ready to leave, but it makes us have to wait longer for our particular driver too. We are all going back to the same place at the cruise terminal so it would make more sense to just have people pay a return taxi ride separately vs waiting for the driver who took us.

Wifi was very spotty and didn’t really connect for most of the time we were there

Was extremely loud, not something I enjoyed at all and we were as far away as we could’ve gotten from the speakers

Beach had kelp everywhere. Maybe it was an off day and I did notice them raking it up but it made the water not very relaxing and overall it just wasn’t the nicest beach.

Incredible massage on the beach
$100 / hr
$60 1/2 hr
More expensive than you would expect but lower than US prices and SERENA gives the best massage I’ve had in years ! glad I skipped the massage on the ship . Drink prices are good
Shade is limited
Cabanas $80 / Umbrella $20
We booked through Royal Caribbean which included bus transfer which was easy . Having to pay for an umbrella was annoying but you’ll see living conditions on the way and remember how important these little “extras” are for the locals to live . Bring cash for tips (they are expected by everyone )
Bring plenty of suntan lotion
Bring towels

Overall, would recommend

We didn’t have anything to eat there so can’t comment on the food

The place is pretty and lively. They charge you $10 to get in, and that gives you right to the chair. The sunshine is another $20. Cottages cost 80. Ask for a sleeve for everything! In fact, the experience in Jamaica was not fair in that sense. We felt like they were trying to exploit us in everything.

very nice facility. Water does have seaweed & not crystal clear water but was fine . There is a lunch buffet $20 . Beach access is $10 includes a chair but no umbrella ($20) . Free wi fi , outdoor showers & plenty of vehicles to transport back to cruise ships . Also a menu for burgers, drinks etc . Reasonable priced for a 3-4. hour day

I went here as an excursion off a Royal Caribbean ship. $34. As I understand it that's inline with taxi prices. It also included admission for me. I chose transportation only, not a prepaid lunch. The beach is small and with two ships in port, you are right next to someone else's chaise lounge. The staff work very hard to keep umbrellas over many of the chairs, serve drinks and generally make sure we were happy. The water is beautiful and very shallow so although there are tons of people, there's plenty of space in the water. Beach is life guarded. Employees do not let you walk past the club boundaries of the water line - and they firmly make you turn back. Lots of hard pack sand and shallow water for little's sand castles.

I didn't eat there. Looked like burgers and perhaps jerk chicken. Bring and USE high quality sunscreen. Saw lots of lobster skin and no one wants skin cancer down the road. And stay hydrated - the Caribbean sun can exhaust you!

It's a beautiful place - enjoy!

Natalie took extremely great care of us. We were promptly ushered tobacco great spot ar the waterside. And attended to like we were celebrities. It was a windy day. And the associate was keen on ensuring the food was well wrapped and presented with pride. The order was done quickly. And she returned several times to check in on us. Bathrooms were clean. And appropriate entertainment. Excellent way to spend a nice afternoon. Any day of the week

A beautiful beach, 15 minutes from the port.
A small cost to enter ($10 adults $5 kids), but the service and food isn’t terribly great.

Includes chair and wifi. Cabana covered area is $80 for the day.

Quaint and quiet, not a lot going on. So much potential but not quite hitting the mark.

None the less if you want something close to dip your toes in amazing white sand beach and warm water - go! You will be relaxed and enjoy it!!

Staff are polite and helpful and not pushy or anything of the sort. Polite and helpful.

The softest white powder sand ever. A beautiful ocean.Great to swim in. Clean bathrooms.I took a 20$ cash roundtrip taxi from the cruise port to Blue Water Beach Club. Beautiful day. It was clean, safe and gorgeous. It was 10$ to get in which includes wifi and chairs. An umbrella was $20 extra. Delicious food and drinks very reasonable. Massages available for pampering!

What a great little beach! I read some reviews before booking and I was a little skeptical. However, we had the best time. Water was clear, beach was clean, and service was great. Food was mediocre but the drinks were good and plenty. I would go again in a heartbeat!
