We live locally in Fiji and wanted to take our daughter on a day cruise for her 10th birthday. We got to sail on the beautiful Ra Marama - what a stunning old girl she is and what a great experience. The crew were amazing - the perfect mix of showmanship and Fiji spirit. They were helpful and informative -... More

One of the best days ever! The weather was perfect, (May) Hot, hot, hot! But there were hammocks in the shade. Take aqua shoes (we didn't) the jetty was incomplete so we got our normal shoes wet. Still loved it. (take swimwear)

The jetty is finished now so the aqua shoes are optional but still a good idea. Thanks for the lovely review of the Tivua Island Day cruise. You should try the Lazy Lunch next. More

What a superb day! The sail across was fantastic. The crew were excellent and kept us all entertained. The island was idyllic and the snorkelling pretty good. The lunch served was tasty and plentiful, with free drinks throughout.

Thanks for reviewing our Tivua Island day cruise. I will certainly let the crew know how much you enjoyed the day. We don't offer free drinks on the boat, only on the island. More

The catamaran was impressive and as always the Fiji staff were warm and friendly. Unfortunately the weather wasn't all that good so as our host was giving us an interesting insite to the history of Fiji on deck we all had to come in side so you lost a little ambiance. The meal was good without being fantastic and the... More

We had a great day trip out to Tivau Island on a sailing boat. The crew were very welcoming and entertained us with their singing on the trip. When we arrived at Tivau we were offered a range of activities including snorkelling, kayaking, paddle boards and a glass bottom boat ride. Despite it being a mostly wet, overcast day the... More

You will feel so welcome and at home on this dinner cruise - you will love it! There is plenty of room on the boat and the crew and captain are very friendly and welcoming. I landed in Fiji and booked this tour to keep myself awake on my first day, due to the time change. It did just that. They take you to an island where they have options to snorkel, paddle board, kayak, relax. The reef you snorkel on was recently destroyed by a hurricane. So there isn't too much to look at.

Thanks for the review Randi. Im disappointed you didnt see good coral whilst you were snorkelling. Did you take the guided tour? We did incur some damage in the cyclone a year ago but there are still some amazing giant clams, anemones and coral to see. It is just a little localised. More

The facilities on the Island (drinks, food and included water sports) are great. The staff on board are very welcoming, friendly and talented singers (very entertaining). Iva has me think hard about booking a Captain Cook to see more Fiji Islands :-)

My wife, inlaws, and myself joined the 4 night Yasawa Cruise with Captain Cook in the the week before Christmas 2016. Overall, we had a really great time. The best part of the cruise is the crew. This boat is not a grand cruise ship, but it is still nicely appointed. In any case, don't go on this cruise for... More

Thanks so much for reviewing the cruise. We are family friendly but dont take children under 5. With child rates to 17yrs and a kids club for 5-9yrs it is a perfect family holiday. Add to that all tours included and it becomes hassle free and very affordable. The crew normally receive amazing praise and are one of the highlights... More

We went on the Tivua Island cruise on the 30/1 and had an awesome time. The crew were fantastic, so polite and helpful. Li was the most amazing leader.
