Before we visited this place, I thought it was more than just a souvenir shop. What I have in mind is a place that showcases what Negros has to offer aside from souvenirs, however, when we arrived at the place, I was quite surprised that...More

This is a great place to see Negros in a nutshell... if ONLY it was better maintained. The souvenir shop was open but not much else. Good choices of souvenirs and acceptable prices however it was sad that the attractions were not well maintained. It's...More

When it was opened a few years back, it was intended to be a nice showcase of the region. Now you can visit it during the Buglasan week, where people sell wood on strings, calling it art, and rice in banana leaves, raving about it...More

Souvenir shops of every municipality of Negros Oriental. Its were they show pride on what their local products are. This place would only be lively on Buglasan Festival which falls on the third week of October.

Souvenir shops were few and yet only one was open for business. There were no items there identifiably Negrense. If your in negros oriental for only a few days, this place should be erased from your itinerary

This is a place for foreign tourists. Local tourists like me would find the local products sold here to be on the expensive side especially if you know where to source them in Dumaguete.

But not all that impressive. Hard to place my finger on it, but if you want something authentic special from the region, seek out the great stone, coral and seashell souvenirs in Bacong at the local stoneworking art shop. They are colorful, varied in size...More

We thought we will be able to check out regional souvenirs in all the cottages, but not so. Apparently only the major hut is open daily and all the others only during a celebration in October. Selection of goods are not very interesting, prices also...More
