It is such a good place to unwind. We will find I love Dumaguete mark on this place. It is a good place to jog and walk your pet. A good place to watch the sunset

All folks of Dumaguete City come here especially at night to relax. The place is clean. There are stalls offering tempura (shrimp flavored street food similar to kikiam). During our 4th day of stay, my brother arrange for our food by buying in the market and ask a cafeteria to cook it for us. We ate (crabs, chicken and litson)... More

The long stretch of Rizal Boulevard has the scenic view of the Ocean. It's perfect for walking, jogging or just seat there relax and do nothing. It's peaceful, no beggars. It is also full of restaurants from end-to-end. At night, it transforms into a vibrant boulevard: either drink, disco, street food, zumba, hang out with friends, family or significant other.... It's the best place to unwind after a busy day. Quiet... Laid back... Simple... You can also sweat your hearts out by joining zumba sessions in the afternoon. Make sure not to leave Dumaguete without taking a picture of I ❤ Dumaguete.

When we arrived at Rizal Boulevard by sunset, I was mesmerized. The pathway and the sea was so clean! There are also a lot of foreigners and locals sitting and enjoying the view. There are also people doing zumba by night and locals and even foreigners are joining. We enjoyed just sitting, talking and taking pictures. Its a good place... More

Reading about this promenade we expected something at least moderately charming, but ... don't have any hope! This is a boulevard along the harbor with lots of traffic, rusted lamps and some unattractive restaurants beyond the road. A stroll along the sea is never bad in itself and it's certainly more pleasant to walk there than on other streets of... More

Improved since my last visit, nice to sit under the trees out of the sun. Can be improved by making step downs between sections of lawn areas.

it's one of the best boulevards in the country. it's clean compared to other boulevards. however, sometimes you might see numerous plastics thrown away by environmentally unconscious people making the boulevard less attractive. nonetheless, this place has become more of a symbol of the city than an attraction.
