This is a truly hidden gem in Ermoupolis! I really enjoyed getting a tour of Kiveli's memoirs. I would highly recommend you'd visit to appreciate both the historical and architectural aspect of the Institute.

Dedicated to the great Greek actor, the Institute of Kyveli (or Cybele), a two-storey mansion of 1870, is more than an experiential museum. It is a modern cultural space, with hosting capabilities, training, conference and entertainment events. It is a true cultural experience worth visiting!
