Good facilities and not crowded but opening hours are not good, especially at weekends. No working water stations in fitness or weights rooms.

Full of up to date equipment with plenty of staff on hand to offer expert advice for all levels of fitness .

Excellent find

Mar 2019 • Solo

Stuck in the town on very cold wet day with more than a hour to kill before our coach returned and not finding the Station Inn inviting I discovered this. A pot of tea and a large toasted teacake was provided in the cafe at an excellent price. Very comfortable seating near some heating was available and the waitress was extremely friendly. The toilet facilities were excellent. If I'm ever in the town again I'll be back.

I use both the library and swimming pool regularly. Staff at both are friendly and helpful. Changing rooms are clean and showers wonderfully hot. I occasionally bring my grandchildren and we all have a great time. The cafe is good too.

Leisure Centre, Library & Cafe

Me and Hubby popped in here this morning (Tuesday). It is located at the Tesco end of Porthmadog. It has a free car park (their website states that customers have to write their vehicle registration number in a book in reception). We have never used any of the sports facilities (our sons have and they said it was all good). We went to visit the public library which also has computer terminals. We were going to use the Good Life Cafe but there was a notice saying they only accept cash payments (no card machine). We used the toilets in the foyer before we left and they were clean and tidy.
