Had a fantastic time in our escape room, and managed to escape with only seconds to spare! The room was brilliantly decked out and decorated and the puzzles were so clever. We've done a few escape rooms but decided to play it safe and chose the 'Novice' difficulty rating. There were clues and puzzles we'd never seen before and Charlotte was an excellent game master. Brilliant way to pass the time on a rainy day (or otherwise!)

We went as a family of 5 and did the Madogs Asylum escape room, and it was excellent. We have done a few escape rooms before, so we chose Enthusiast level of difficulty and that seemed to be about right (we only just escaped!). The quality of the room and the experience was higher than most escape rooms, there was an excellent variety of challenges and so we were all able to contribute. The atmospherics were good, there were some squeamish moments, consistent with the theme, and our host, Charlotte, was friendly and welcoming. Definitely a good addition to Porthmadog!

We did the Madogs Asylum room. It was fantastic! Great puzzles, flowed really well, logical progression, great story, fantastic small touches. My husband and I have done 20+ escape rooms and this would be right up there as one of our favourites!

This is our second visit to the experience, and we did the Christmas experience this time. My bestie and I had a fab time with the cleverly crafted puzzles and we managed to escape with 5 minutes remaining on the clock. Escape is a rarity for us two! We got a discount code off FB, and it was a welcome pastime on a rainy afternoon in Port. We'll be back again once another room is up & running 😄

Excellent fun! I went with my wife and 10 year old son and we chose Madog's Asylum. Charlotte (the owner/manager) has created a great escape room. The challenges were really interesting and, importantly, they were logical. The atmosphere Charlotte created was appropriately tense and scary, but not too much for our son. We just about managed to complete it :-) We would definitely recommend this and a great way to spend an afternoon and it's good value for money too.

Our first time doing an escape room. Charlotte was an incredible host, and we loved every minute of it! The game was so well thought out and prepared. Booked the portable dolls house and had it delivered to our holiday cottage- what a blast! Great clues and good level of challenge whilst still being solvable. Wonderful details in the house too. Superb communication and organisation from the company. Would definitely recommend.

We visited PanIQ during a trip to North Wales, and really enjoyed the Asylum themed escape room! We didn't manage to escape (only a few puzzles off!) but we enjoyed it all the same, and would definitely have tried the other room if we'd been staying in the area for longer. We would recommend, we did the standard setting as a team of two and thought the experience was a great price. The only downside was that there isn't a toilet on the venue (always a concern for someone with a chronic illness!) but Costa and Tesco are just down the road, so would recommend nipping in there before you start your room!

Played ‘Escape to Victory’ on a hen do last weekend. It was brilliant fun, all the hens got involved, some more successfully than others, there’s something for everyone though. The story is really intriguing, and concept so clever. Well done to PanIQ Rooms! I’ll definitely play again! I highly recommend the portable panic room for any party or get together.

We did the easiest level of Madog’s Asylum as a family of 4 with 2 teenage daughters. We asked for a few clues and managed to escape with just under 5 minutes remaining. The difficulty level was good. Not too hard (with a few hints) and not too easy. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience as a family and would highly recommend. Charlotte was the perfect host and explained everything in detail before we entered the room. Would definitely recommend and will return when in the area next.
