Went with my family, grandchildren included, on the Kettle Valley Steam Railway, we enjoyed the 90 minute train robbery trip. So well done, my hats off to the volunteers! The dinner buffet was excellent, I was impressed! I recommend this attraction to everyone..

We went in the open carriage (which has a roof) and the kids loved it. 90 minutes each way with snacks to buy and a ukele player to entertain. Just the right length of time and the views were stunning.

This is a great experience for the whole family. We chose the open air car which was much better than the regular cars. They have a guy playing the banjo and singing, and a conductor dressed the part. Seats are reserved so don't need to...More

With Kelowna being all about outdoor sports, a relaxing ride on a train was a nice break. Seeing an old steam train in action was very cool, and the ride lasts just long enough. Our only complaint was that the speakers were broken in our...More

Gotta love a real steam engine especially when it's chugging up hill! Friendly staff and an informative ride. Visual scavenger hunt kept the kidlets occupied.

seeing it as one of the must-do activities, we obediently made our booking. the train ride itself was cute but amazingly short. it is explained by the conductor how they could only restore or retain a small length of track, but it is a bit...More

Took the train in the late morning. It was pretty crowded with families and yelling kids. The people who volunteer are saints, and the man who plays bango is excellent. It was frustrating to see the number of people who do not do as they...More
