What a beautiful and serene this pretty Prov.Park is. We strolled around, took some great photos and generally enjoyed ourselves. There were very few people there around 10:00 highly recommend this lovely little spot.

This is a great beach! Very sandy and clean. You can walk out quite far before the water gets deep. We were there three times this past week and even in August, there were plenty of available places to sit in the sun or shade at any time during the day. The concession stand sold a variety of food and the service there was fantastic. The bathroom facilities were very clean and there is lots of free parking. This is one of my new favourite beaches and I hope to return next year.

Nice beach, decent swimming, super busy in summer even mid week. Left our vehicle in parking lot and sprinklers came on while we were at the beach, not a biggie but the water droplets dried and it must be super hard water because they WOULD NOT COME OFF. We had to scrub our windshield with vinegar and cleaners to get rid of the water spots so we could see enough to drive home (it was strange.)

We live two minutes from Skaha Beach and seven minutes to Okanagan Beach here in Penticton. We drive a few more minutes to this paradise.
Plenty of parking, washrooms, rentals and concession stand.
Picnic tables on grass under huge trees and a beach with perfect sand all the way in the water.
Though it can look busy, it never really is. Very relaxing on a hot Okanagan summer day, minutes from town.

What a wonderful beach and park! The lot had lots of room for parking, and was shaded with beautiful large trees. The changeroom building was clean and conveniently located. There is a playground and concession but we didn't end up using either. There are a few trees to set up under at the beach, but just watch for pine needles. Loved it here so much we visited a few times.

Judging from the number of people on and around the beach, this is the place to be on a hot Summerland summers day. People of all ages were enjoying the waterfront and everything was clean and well taken care of. A nice bit of shade was available to those who prefer to stay out of the sun. A real family place.

I noticed that many people had water toys and floats in addition to chairs and lounges.
There were people of all ages and many were locals.
I did not notice until I was ready to leave that there was a stand renting chairs, lounges and and water floats. By the way, I did not see stands of this kind at any of the other beaches we visited. Wish I would have seen this stand earlier.
.The beach spans a wide area so walk around before deciding where to hang out.
The weather was perfect in August.

Lots of picnic tables and space to picnic on a blanket if you prefer. The beach is lovely with a designated swimming area as there a number of boats around. Great place to rent paddleboards, kayaks and other water toys.
