About
Okanagan Crush Pad has developed a reputation as a leading producer of Okanagan organic wines. With founder Christine Coletta at the helm since 2010, the winery is committed to sustainability in all areas of its business, having recently joined International Wineries for Climate Action (IWCA) and setting an aggressive goal to reduce its carbon footprint annually. Chief winemaker Matt Dumayne offers four unique wine portfolios: Haywire, Narrative, Free Form and Bizou + Yukon, guaranteeing a wine for everyone’s taste and budget. The winery utilizes a host of fermenting and aging vessels: concrete tanks, amphorae, large format oak and stainless steel, all housed in a state-of-the-art facility that is a draw for wine enthusiasts. Wines reflect the region's unique high mountain, northern desert setting noted for its intensely hot, short growing season with hallmark cool evenings. The winery also owns the 320-acre Garnet Valley Ranch in Summerland, a rare piece of vineyard land.

The pace of life seems to slow to a crawl when you come here. They just "get it" when it comes to relaxing with friends and wine and it's done in style but without any pretense. It's as real and true to the ideals of okanagan life with wine as the text from which one reads... love it!

I enjoyed so much my visit at OCP! Christine, Matt and the whole crew offered us an amazing tasting experience. Wines are top and the winery is a pionneer in the sustainable farming and low intervention wine producing. An absolute MUST for your next trip in the Okanagan!

First class service and wines. A special gem we were lucky to find. Very accomdating of small children with freezes and water for all. The tasting experience was great, up front about that the fee would not be waived. Unique concrete process, top notch wines for those that do not like oak. I came away with a couple of new favorites.

I recommend you avoid the Crush Pad. The tasting is the most expensive we encountered, the wines unremarkable and the price of tasting was not waived upon purchase of product.
Further, they insulted me when i returned an unopened bottle of brandy that had burst in my car due to heat. I understand that wines need to be kept cool and in the dark but I expect liquor to be more durable. I take liquor when camping for exactly that reason. Living out of my car and sleeping in a tent while working in the vineyard, I had no alternative, safe place for the liquor. I did not need to be told to keep my liquor like my milk and cheese. I had no such place to keep the liquor. A simple "we have a no return policy" would suffice.

Our team spent a marvellous afternoon with Christine and her team at the winery. The location, atmosphere and welcoming of the entire team was great. We learned so much about their work, collaborations with local wineries, and especially their approach to sustainability and respect to the environment. The tastings and presentation of wines has been a real treat as well, confirming that quality was not only in the setting, but also in the bottle and the glass! Highly recommended for a tasting and visit. And for dog lovers, make sure to find their Great Pyrenees, they are adorable.

They were amazing with my young children offering freezies, food, and animals for free. The wine was superb! I loved the narrative flight. Their sparkling was phenomenal as well as many other options. Their Chardonnay was so unique and changed how I looked at that type of wine.

Spent a very chill couple of hours enjoying a wine tasting and an 11/10 charcuterie board at the newly opened tasting room. John, who led our tasting, was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. We’d return in a heartbeat to this beautiful spot! Highly recommend!

My family and I were coming through Summerland and decided to stop at OK Crush for a break, and we're so happy we did! Crush is pet friendly, which was a relief as we had our English bulldog Moby with us and he enjoyed the place as much as we did! Servers were excellent and very knowledgeable about the wines. The view was stunning, and the wines are delicious. The kids even got complimentary non-alcoholic freezies (my wife and I got the other kind;)). Must try!

Finally, we were able to visit with family in the Okanagan recently. We made a stop at the OCP for a wine tasting and were taken care of by Kira - what a terrific server and ambassador for the Crush Pad. She was professional and funny and we tasted some yummy wines and snacks. Thanks Kira for being part of our family reunion.
