The most amazing thing about this Temple/Tower is the Thousand over years old metal pagoda featuring 1000 Buddhas. Otherwise it is a fairly new temple built in 1991. The metal pagoda is enshrined in a new pagoda a few stories high but not opened for climbing. You are supposed to circumambulate the pagoda three times clockwise. Be careful of beggar... More

Very well done display and temple . Very clean, lot of steps but easy climb to different levels. Monks are courteous and informative. Excellent picture opportunity .

Clean and well-maintained. There are some interesting relics to be seen. Worth a walk around to enjoy the clear scenery from above.

I visited the Thousand Buddha Pagoda/Tower with my family and I must say that the temple/pagoda/tower compound is huge. Certain areas within the compound was undergoing construction, it looked like it was being expanded. There was a restaurant that served vegetarian lunch, so we decided to have lunch before exploring the temples/pagoda. The vegetarian dishes were delicious and not too... More

It's a gigantic religious compound meticulously design from the ground floor to the pagoda at the top. Easily accessible by bus No.20 (Last stop) and only 5 yuan entrance fee to the pagoda.
