$1:00 to drive down and park. Water hole for kids swimming etc is by the parking lot with picnic tables etc. If you walk along the banks of the river for about 200m you will come to the first set of falls, followed a little way later by the top of the taller second set. Unfortunately no obvious way down... More

A pretty spot, to be sure... But goodness did the garbage everywhere ruin the aesthetic. Was cheap at least.

This was a really nice stop on our day trip to El Valle from Panama City. There is a nice area next to the parking lot with picnic tables near the river, We had brought sandwiches with us, we had lunch here. We were here on a Saturday, the area was not crowded, only a few other local families around.... More

There are three water falls at El Valle that we were aware. So we skipped the USD5 one and went here, just to find the ticket (USD1) selling booth closed. Plenty of people still there, so we joined them. For the falls you have to walk some 5-10min, maybe 500 meters. Falls were not big, offering couple of holes to... More

There is a lot to see, it's easy to get to the area, you can stay right at the entrance or keep walking and you will see a lot more beauty!

Choro Las Mozas was a short but fun walk over rocks to find the lovely falls and swimming holes. Signage in El Valle is quite good directing you to the falls and the entrance fee is $1 pp. The water is warm and inviting

Its a 30minutes walk from town. Its a small waterfall with a great swimming pool. For 1$ entrance a good refreshment on a hot day.

I care a lot about value, so I may be jaded since the day before I went to Chorro El Macho and felt like $5 for that waterfall was a waste of money. BUT, only paying a $1 entrance fee, and finding a beautiful space (yes, there is some trash) where people could swim and such definitely seemed worth it... More

The falls are very small but are in an attractive gorge, a pleasant 20 minute walk from the parking. Note: There is a small entrance fee, and opens at 10AM. Saw Blue Morphos. My 6 year old took the walk in his stride.

I guess very much alike the flood, there is only one way out for the sewer of the entire village, smelly place, swimming between white foam, empty bottles and sewer material, not for me. I walked to the furthest point, nothing much really to see. I guess el Valle de Anton is a nice area, for hikes I advice to... More
