Or not so hidden perhaps as it is just off one of the main streets of the same name - Sokratous in the Old Town of Rhodes. I often visit Rhodes out of main season around April time and I always head to this tranquil garden as it is a little suntrap in the cooler months and plenty of shade... More

Great cocktails. Great food and Friendly staff. We visited several times over our week as it's right on a main shopping strip. Inexpensive food and free wifi!

Came across this by turning down the wrong street. Little Gem of a place, we had Lunch and a Beer. Prices are good as is the Food. The obligatory Mythos was the Cherry on the cake.

At the Socratous Garden the food has excellent quality, the staff are fun to talk to and suggested by the name it is in a garden with cats roaming around.

Fantastic outdoor bar hidden behind a busy street in the Old Town. Lovely setting surrounded by exotic trees, shrubs, and plants. On a hot day you can find some welcome shade to enjoy a few glasses of wine or a few ice cold beers. Reasonably priced and free wifi, recommended.

A group of us found this place whilst on a day from the cruise ship. We were just wandering the streets of Rhodes old town and decided to have coffee. This place is lovely with water fall, trees baring various fruit and some in full bloom. Go early as I noted it was getting busy when we left. Rhodes old... More

We stopped in a couple times for drinks and ate once. You'd barely notice it if you weren't looking. Inside it is a massive garden with water features, fruit trees, and birds. Plenty of places to sit in sun or shade. Relaxing, friendly, cheapest drinks we found in old town- €6! The food was excellent- Italian and Greek. Pastas, lasagnas,... More

We went there again, for some relaxing moments in the busy Old Town of Rhodes! Only for a drink and some quiet moments. The service was brilliant, the waiter delivert some extra chips when he realized that we didn't want to eat ! very good service indeed!!! And that is why we always want to go there!

There are countless tavernas in Rhodes Town. This place is fairly well hidden off the main Street but what an Oasis! Quiet, restful set amongst trees and the coffee, drinks and food is wonderful. The staff are always pleasant and ready for a chat. To get awayfrom the shopping, the perfect place.
