A must-see site!

This was wonderful value for money - a wonderful and authentic building with a plethora of fascinating exhibits from a wide range of ages. The garden was an unexpected delight!

Fascinating place although I don't much care for archaeology. There is The Aphrodite of Rhodes in a glass box. Many pieces of carved rock and a lot of broken statues and pots. Doesn't really do it for me but the building and gardens are quite amazing especially if you relate back to whenever it was, 4 5 hundred years ago... More

I found this a really interesting and well priced museum, full of pieces of antiquity from across all of Rhodes. Perhaps a little more by way of information and variation in style of display would enhance the experience, but i was really impressed to learn how many and how old many of the settlements were on the island and the... What an amazing place! We had visited this 15 years ago, but how it has changed. After paying our admission fee (if you're a pensioner don't forget to take some ID to get 50% off), we thought we wouldn't see much, but after climbing the staircase to the 1st floor 'cloisters' we were amazed by room after room of artifacts.... This museum is well worth a visit. The artefacts are well labelled and nicely exhibited in a wonderful location. The only challenge is having enough time to see them all.

This museum has an especially fine collection from all over the island in a very fine setting. Missed by many people and a rare opportunity to see the medieval finds from Rhodes.

An amazing collection of ancient Greek artifacts from the Dodecanes islands, beautifully displayed in the medieval building which was the Knights Hospital. Especially lovely is the museum garden - worth the 8 euro entrance fee
