I reserved the €20/each wine tasting and cellar tour, followed by dinner, for my wife’s and my 10 year wedding anniversary. I could not have chosen a better event or place for this special occasion. There were only three other couples in our group so...More

We really enjoyed our wine tasting tour. The host was very nice and the views spectacular. The wines are excellent and we shipped several bottles of Brunello home as you cannot readily get their best wines in the US. Unlike other vineyards, they do not...More

We really enjoyed the tour and wine tasting experience in Poggio Antico and I highly recommend it. The tour was in English, in a small group of people and very interesting. The location is breathtaking, staff friendly and very professional, and wine just perfect. Their...More

A very nice tour—knowledgeable & pleasant tour/tasting guide. A lovely lunch, however one person could not eat all of her chicken & they would not allow her to take it w/ her/—why???

We had a private tasting and had a great time with our guide. She was very personable and knowledgeable. The location could not have been prettier or more picturesque. I arrived late due to driver error but there was no problem. The wines are delicious...More

I really liked their wines. We did a late afternoon tasting (5:30 PM), and then had dinner at the restaurant on their property. The restaurant features a great chef. The winery visit includes a brief tour and then a visit to their tasting room; you...More

What an amazing place! Our wine guide Nicoletta did a superb job. And she works there for only one year. Very distinctive, informative and passioned about what she does. Not to forget the tasting itself. Amazing wines and great explanations. The vineyard is super clean,...More

We visited this winery with our private guide, Giovanni. The person who conducted the wine tour and tasting was excellent. The wines we tasting were great and we ended up ordering wine to be shipped back home to the United States.

Best wine tasting experience ever and doesn't break the bank! Different levels of tastings at different prices, but highly recommend the 25€ which gives you 6 tastings and with their pours it is more like 2-3 glasses of wine, which would cost you the same...More

Oh, sorry, didn’t see the query. It’s quite a ways from Siena. It’s just outside Montalcino. Go to Montalcino, then look up its website.

We purchased wine from a different vineyard and if I remember correctly, it cost us $100 to shop a dozen bottles back. I'm guessing Poggio Antico would be similar cost. They have helpful customer service so you could email... More
