The staff are polite and helpful. The shop offers lots of quality souvenirs and the facilities are always clean. At times there is an art exhibition.

The staff were very helpful and there were a number of good leaflets in the shop to help us explore Rochester for the day. At the back was a small cafe which seemed very popular.

Along with very helpful staff, it's a great way to find out what is going on in the area, a small art gallery, and very nice tea room.
