Came in 2021 and they were lovely and friendly. Came today aig 31/22 and they are not so friendly, they seem irritated, cranky old and tired.

Highly recommended for the bread but they were sold out. Come early if that’s what you are after. The tasting’s were unorganized. 2 staff there and they weren’t too concerned about customers, but more about personal issues. Definitely understaffed. The outdoor tasting area is not very practical in the cooler/windy times. Would not return to this one, but would buy their wine again at a store.

You are greeted warmly upon arrival and luckily with us arriving before noon we didn't have too long of a wait to do our tasting, charge for tasting is $10 and waived if you purchase wine. I found the servings of wine very small for the price but it is paired with a selection of delicious breads.
No visit to Platinum Bench is complete without getting some bread to go along with the wine. If you aren't planning on arriving early you may want to order your bread ahead to avoid disappointment as it sells out

Great way to highlight both sides of this bakery - winery. The bread and wine pairings were awesome! We found the breads to be amazing and slightly higher quality than the wines, but still enjoyed the wines enough. View and service were terrific! Went home with 2 loaves of bread....

Although we had been encouraged to go in good time to get the bread accompaniment to the wine, we bought bread on arrival and then, were served bread during our tasting. Perhaps buy the bread after if you so choose?
The red wines were beautiful and rich in flavour. Would recommend. If you are sharing the tasting they tend to be small.

Well we have visited this winery a few times and whether we come for the bread or the wine it is always excellent. Today, though, it was extra special, we met Murray. We met Murray when I had a flat tire on my bicycle. Murray was kind enough to find his air pump to pump the tire, but when the air immediately leaked out, Murray was there with a replacement tube and tools to replace that tube. Murray, today you were my hero and all you asked in return was a big smile, well here it is 🥰.

This place is a great concept...fresh bread with local cheese and a glass of wine. We tried a couple of breads (chocolate with strawberry balsamic vinegar was f great) and cheeses. Breads were better than cheeses, but worth the visit! Lots of incredible wineries in either side of this place. Enjoy!

We had heard about the outstanding bread and wine pairing. The Bakery was indeed exceptional and wine very good.
However, there was heavy machinery operating the whole time we were there, and the tasting tent set up right beside?? Your in a gravel driveway with Canadian Tire tents above.
Very poor ambience.
I couldn’t hear a word she said the whole time.
We bought wine and bread and felt our tasting fees should have been waved due to the terrible ambience.
I would not return, with so many other options for wine tasting in this beautiful region of BC.
The bread however is worth a quick stop.

Platinum Bench is a hidden gem! It is the most memorable stop from 2 trips to the Okanagan! The bread is amazing and the wine is very good, we purchased the Cab Franc and it was delicious! If you get Bernie it will take your experience to the next level. The covid restrictions have adapted the tasting to being in the vineyards with a beautiful view! All around a great experience and out favourite winery from our trip!

We were on a wine tour with 2 other couples, wine and bread pairings were fabulous, as was most of the experience. Only giving 3 stars because of the poor customer service while buying bread and wine at the end of our tasting. The lady working the register for both bread and wine is super aggressive and rude. After our tasting I couldn't remember the name of all the wines we had just tried, so I asked if she had a the list of wines we just tried, she rudely said "I have no idea what you had you need to tell me" instead of being helpful and asking her
coworker who did our tasting. I
honestly would have bought more wine and bread but she was so rude and made me feel rushed so I left only buying 1 bottle of wine and 1 loaf of bread. She actually left the till while I was paying to yell at different people
about where to park and what they were allowed to put in the garbage. Super aggressive and actually ruined the experience. If not for her, I would have given 5 stars and bought 5 times what I did!

We have visited Platinum Bench twice in 3 years and on both occasions we pre-ordered some of their yummy artisinal breads. We went the next day early to get our bread and BOTH times they misplaced our order. Getting orders straight is NOT rocket scince and someting needs to change. Both times we wasted a 30 minute round trip from Osoyoos> We are on vacation and have better things to do than drive around aimlessly!!!
