Well, that was something. Another day of tasting wines with my family and best friend in beautiful Oliver! Our second stop on a sunny Tuesday was at Silver Sage. Whoops. To be fair, there are many great reviews about Silver Sage online so there must be some inexplicable gap in the wine market that they are filling - completely lost... More

My husband and I decided to visit Silver Sage Winery after reading all the reviews on T.A. It's definitely a lovely winery with a spacious tasting room. When we stepped in, Corky was the amazing person that welcomed, assisted and entertained us with her vast knowledge of the wines, suggestions and pairings. It also helped that she had about 8... This winery specializes in wines that embrace the flavour of the area - rich fruity tones. The winery itself is lovely and staff are friendly and knowledgable. The magnificent rose gardens add to the overall ambiance.

This is one of our favourite wineries in the area. They make the tasting fun and informative. Their wines are on the sweeter side and their desert wines are to die for. Can't wait to go back again.

Fabulous Winery, super inviting/friendly tasting room. Visited back in 2007 and couldn't wait to visit again.

My husband and I went to a few wineries in the area and the wines here were our favourite. You could really taste the flavours and we were told it is because they don't use any sulphites in the wine. The woman who helped us with the wine tasting was very friendly and entertaining. We got to sample tons of... More

My girlfriend and I were just coming to the end of our wine tour and we thought they were all closing. We passed past Silver Sage and said "Why not lets see if they are open". Our last winery and Silver Sage was still open. We started our test run on there wines from whites, reds and then to the... More

This is a beautiful facility. We found it a bit hard to find. The wines were sweeter than what I normally prefer. The girl who served us was very nice - we were the only people there.

The staff and entertainment value are worth a visit but the wine is extremely sweet. If you are lucky you may end up on a slow day where you actually get to taste the wine. This place has become so popular that the cattle call style delivery for wine tasting is not the best means of service. The wines are... More
