Located fairly close to Hwy 97, just South of Oliver, it is easy to miss this winery. It looks more like a warehouse than a winery and it was the sign that got our attention. Fortunately the sign said open, as when we parked the tasting room was empty and dark. However, the door was open and as soon as... More

Its all about the person doing the tasting with you! If only the brilliant owner's wife had been our taster, instead of the woman who looked down her nose at us and acted shocked when we bought wine!

Hello Connie. I'm very sorry that you had a poor experience with us last year. If you would be interested in giving us a second chance, we'd be happy to extend a complimentary tasting. You can contact me at moss@xwine.ca to speak further. More

It would be only too easy to bypass this seemingly unprepossessing little winery, which unexplored, resembles a rural freight shed. It had however been recommended by several local wine savants, so we persisted, despite arriving a half-hour before opening time(!) This winery boasts three great merlots.... We were unable to resist the 2011. Our attendant, Moss, was very, very knowledgeable... More

Thanks so much for the kind words. It was an absolute joy to host you both, and I hope you enjoy the Merlot. Hopefully we'll see you again on your next visit. More

Intersection estate is descent wine and has knowledgable staff but has a bit of a mundane feel... You will not regret stopping in, but is not a must by any means

We toured this winery after 2 days of wine tours. We had driven past it on the way up to Hester Creek and didn't think to stop until the last day. I am so glad we did. This little estate winery makes some very interesting wine, probably the best and most unique we had tasted! Our first impression was this... More

Despite being busy during our tasting our wine expert took the time to explain the grapes and growing conditions, which made this an especially good experience. Interesting tasting room and personalized service. We very much enjoyed the Merlots...several readily available and several special varietals. I would definitely make this a yearly stop. Very nice experience.

So glad we stopped in for a sample. Ended up buying 2 bottles, 1 red & 1 white. We will probably cellar the red & give it a year or two. Bruce was friendly & helpful through our wine tasting. Got to see the mobile bottling unit in action which was a neat attraction. Definitely worth the visit!

My wife and I stopped in for a tasting on a Monday. It was not busy but I don't believe there is a lot of staff and I imagine that it could get quite busy easily. Having said that it is definitely worth a visit. We had a tasting conducted by the Proprietor Bruce who was very knowledgable and engaging... More

This place was recommended to us by the guy at Burrowing Owl. It was OK, but they really only had interesting merlot. The rest of the wines were just OK. Lady behind the tasting bar was friendly, but was there by herself and was swamped. Didn't really get a great overall experience.

One of the little guys that make some wonderful wines. On the way to the larger Hester creek and Gehringer it is a must stop or you will miss out on some of the the valleys secrets. Very knowagable and welcoming.
