We are a family-owned winegrowers, producing premium small lot red wines and white wines. We grow all our own grapes and produce our wines on site. Visit our tasting room for informative and entertaining tastings and to purchase special wines not available anywhere else. We welcome all visitors and can accommodate guests with special access needs.

When you get the story behind the winery and a chance to savour great wine, you have an experience NOT just a wine tasting. The passion for the winery is second to the passion for the entire Osoyoos wine industry. Navi, his Dad, uncle and of course Val, the winemaker, want to put Osoyoos on the world map for the wines that come from the grapes they grow best - Cab Franc and Merlot. There is no doubt in my mind that they will make it happen.
Visit the winery and try some great wines for yourself. Thanks to my friend Rick who directed me here, I too found some great wine that doesn't have to break the bank!

We have visited this winery every year we return from the coast. The Gill family is always welcoming and the wines are a treat . This is a winery for reds ! Older vintages aged to appreciate now and for later. Whites that delight for every palate and a rose that should be in everyone’s fridge before they sell out. Appointments preferred, walks in welcome you just might have to wait , or do a tasting outside on a picnic table and bring your lunch ! See you next year !

Love Gold Hill wines, merlot is fabulous! Charisma blend is perfect for daily table wine. We have done a few tastings here and the family and staff are so fun, engaging and knowledgeable about their products. Stop by and taste some great wines, lots of fun! Covid 19 protocols are in place too.

Fabulous winery to learn, sip and shop! We tried a variety of wines (whites, roses and lots of reds) and vintages, the team were so knowledgeable and kindly answered all of our questions.
Easy to find from the road signs, spacious interior and overall a great experience. We have joined their wine club and we'll be back! Thank you Val & Jesci!

Best winery in Osoyoos. Wines are spectacular and very reasonably priced. We had the best wine tasting experience with Janice. She was so knowledgeable and a lot of fun.

This winery caught our eye on a tasting trip to BC's Okananagan Valley. The second winery we visited, it was a great experience. Our pourer was the nephew of the owner. His dad is also part of the family business. Gold Hill produces many wines on their 60 acres in 2 different locations and he told us about the soil, temperatures - all about the unique features of the terroir. He was engaging, entertaining and energetic. It being just before the Queen Victoria holiday weekend, he was clearly at the top of his game and ready for action!

And the wine, such good wine! Of their 4 whites Viognier was my favorite with Pinot Gris next, but all were quite good. The real surprise was their reds. So very good! Their Rose' and Pinot Noir were light and delicious, easy on the palate. Their 100% Cabernet Franc and Cab-Merlot were both easy drinkers. The only wine I wasn't crazy about was their Port Style, based on Cherries - too sweet for me. The overall winner was their Syrah - smooth, full-flavored and ready to drink or lay down for a few years.
Yes, we had a great time tasting the fine wines of Gold Hill. We'll be back!

What a find. Honestly we went here because I had to get another stamp on my wine passport, I had never heard of it. We are so pleased that we have now discovered it.
The wine was fantastic (mostly whites but a few lovely full bodied reds).
The host was wonderful. I am sorry I do not remember her name. Very knowledgeable and helpful.

Stephanie lead our tasting and was wonderful. The tasting room is open and beautiful. I'd stop here again for sure!

Located just south of Oliver, this brightly colored tasting room offers both reds and whites to its visitors. It took us awhile to figure out how to enter the service road and get to the tasting room. Part of the famed golden mile, this winery and it's vineyards are located along the lower slopes of the surrounding hills. Their wines are award winning as evidenced by the plaques mounted on the walls.
