Paid for 18 for the two of us and for the first time ever I walked off the course after 9 holes as the pace was sooo slow. Course was great, greens were like slate, fairways immaculate, and rough was trimmed and playable. Loved the course. But we started off with lunch and it was a 25 minute ticket time, then found out they were out of carts, which delayed things even before we could tee off, and then when a cart was given to us the battery light was on the entire time and I was waiting for it to pack it in. Hot day, no shade on most tee box areas, and stacked 3 deep on almost every tee off. I am pretty patient, and usually don’t have issues with some slower courses, but this was painful. Top things off there was no course marshal and the bathrooms were filthy. I’ll give it a three as the staff were nice that I met, and the course was excellent. Definitely needs a bit of fine tuning though.

This is a privately-owned, publicly available golf course. Well-maintained & almost always in top shape. The greens are fast and hard and don't receive well. Beware of those front-flag placements. An interesting combination of 18 unique holes with varying degrees of challenge.

I would advise against anyone taking out a membership at the course. Members are a small part of the operation and are treated as such. Reasonable tee times are impossible for members to get during peak season and there are no member facilities.

The Restaurant, Dinner. quite and not a very good ambiance but the service and food very good. Very good selection of beers, good selection of food on the menu. There was five of us and all said food was very good and large portions.

From a course perspective the course is fine and enjoyable to play. From a customer service perspective I would say its less than acceptable. From my experience in most industries you allays take care of your customers, at Nk'Mip, its almost like they are doing you a favor by letting you play on their course. This is an unacceptable attitude that leads to satisfaction issues. At the end of the day being professional and courteous is the base of all client engagements and that's not the experience at Nk'Mip especially with a certain person at pro shop who present himself as the manager. I have been golfing here for 5 years with a group that has golfed here for much longer and because of our experience last week June 7th, my vote would to not golf here any longer there are many other beautiful courses in the Okanagan valley that value their customers,. If you value customer service, professionalism, and respect let your feet send a message and walk away from this establishment, it's not worth it, when there are so many other options in the Okanagan.

Sorry I could not give any lower a rating than 1 star!

We are happy that you found our course enjoyable to play. We generally try to go above and beyond for all of our guests. However, we will not say sorry for a golfer that had no respect for our course, our equipment, our staff or the other golfers on our course. If you give respect then you are entitled to receive respect. Golf etiquette is key to an enjoyable round by everyone!

We were a family of 1 golfer, 3 non golfers. The course itself (from a non golfer point of view) seemed quite nice. What was actually horrible was the fact that there was not one refreshment cart that went around. This was not expected at all otherwise, we would have brought water with us. Considering it is in "Canadas Desert", one would have thought there would be a refreshment person somewhere along the course. So if you are going, plan ahead and pack water.

Worst experience ever in a restaurant. They put us at a dirty table on he patio.?said they would be back to clean it. Didn’t come back! Brought drinks for the table beside us, ignored us. Then brought the same table from I’d and ignored us again. Seated and served 6 tables that came after us. Still no one came to our table. After 15-20 minute went to find someone. Was told in and off hand , snotty tone, that they were busy L. I was waved to a dirty stack of menus.
I took a couple menus and a bar cloth to wipe the table. 20 minutes later (so 40 minutes now) still no one to even take a drink order. The people at the table said “unbelievable”
So we decide to leave. I decided to tell someone. While doing so a rude customer chimes in to tell me “so what, shut up and leave” I told him to mind his business. The waitress /mgr (not sure she wouldn’t identify herself) Does not say one word to stop him. After he verbally assaults me, unchecked, she ushers me towArd the front door. Like I had done something wrong?
She then says” We are busy ....! But I guess you have a erred idea how we should handle this. It’s done what are we supposed to do about it now”
Worst service ever! Will never go back
The golf course may be good but the restaurant is awful!

The golf course is in excellent shape and is fun and challenging to play. The staff are friendly and the food at the Rattlesnake Grill is good with lots of choice. The washrooms on the course are another story. They leave a lot to be desired. They are dingy and in the ladies on hole one & on hole 15 the toilets are not secured to the floor so be careful how you sit. The mens toilet on 6 does not have a tank cover and it is not a pretty sight. It is such a shame that these can not be refurbished because otherwise it is an enjoyable experience.

They flipped the front nine to the back nine and have done a great job of maintaining this course. This year was one of the best golf experiences there in over 14 years. They have changed a few holes around, put two new holes in at 17 and 18 and have a pretty nice practice facility. They provide free balls, a chipping area and a smaller putting green. The carts were well maintained, the cart girl was around regularly and the weather was great. The clubhouse did a nice job of having breakfast ready for our early start with a lot of golfers. The staff were all friendly so it was a great experience this year.

Hilly course with lots ups and downs but plays fair. Lots of interesting holes. Generous fairways. Nice true greens. Both men's and women's tees are well planned. We're given a well-priced group rate. Green fees include unlimited driving range balls. Super friendly bar/restaurant has decent food, well priced. $6 breakfast super deal. Stayed for full-rack rib + pasta dinner, another super deal. Very accommodating to our needs.

Wow! A little piece of paradise. Moderately challenging course! Par 5 on the front 9 plays like a par 7! All in all a great course. Well manicured greens and fairways. Watch for rattlesnakes who seem to share the love of the lush green fairways. The staff were wonderful. The carts are all spanky new. No GPS but all of the other swank (ball wash, cooler, divot repair, tees). Be sure to pic up the map with tips for the course if it is your first time. Such amazing scenery. Thank you for a beautiful day on the course!
