I am from Winnipeg so it took me about 3 hrs to get to the destination. The view was spectacular in the business area and across the establishments was clear lake. It was drizzling and cold during our stay (sat-sun). Nevertheless, i enjoyed my stay....More

This park is a great location to see bears, birds and other wildlife, The only downside is the main road through the park is paved and the majority of people driving through were going way to fast. There are little to no pull off areas...More

This is a beautiful park--we went in May which I wouldn't recommend due to the rain and condition of the trails. However, I would definitely go back in summer OR in winter. Lovely

Newly paved hwy 10 makes road biking much safer. Backcountry trails in spring are fine but because they don't maintain they quickly get overgrown. Main fire roads become boring after a few kilometers. Too bad that the 30 k loop around the lake was discontinued....it...More

It was beautiful in the park with a couple of viewings of moose and bears from the car. Camera was at home.

In the national park are different lakes and camp grounds. We enjoyed Moon lake with a large group of friends. It features nice out house area and cooking eating area. Kids loved walking the trails and playing frizbee and soccer.

We went for an early evening drive into the park, to the Wishing Well and far enough to see a mother black bear and her two cubs as well as three deer -- all the Thursday evening before the May long weekend. It was quiet...More

1, 16, 10, 45 are all good for road bikes, paved and passable with few pot holes. 354, 262, 19 would require an off road bike or slow going on a street bike. I suggest coming in on Hwy 1 then north on Hwy 10. Stop in Onanole... More

There is wildlife to be seen in all areas of the park. However, remember these animals are wild so keep a good distance from them.
