We reached a little before the sunrise and hence got managed a good view point. The tea boy helped us to keep ourselves warm since it was chilly. Once the rays started to appear the cameras got clicking and the pushing started.

Headed there on a 4.5km hike from my hotel through the forest - left on time (an early 5am start) to see the sunrise in full. Very nice! Don't miss this when around.

Nice 360 degree view of Mahabaleshwar from a plateau and some observation places. If you go early at the time of sunrise, you get a beautiful view.
