My fiancé and I visited here for a relaxing day after a lot of travelling. We booked the Spa Package, 30 mins sauna, 1hr couples massage and access to the pools. We also booked the private pool for an hour. It was all very relaxing, the massage was great and the staff were very helpful and pleasant. Before we knew... More

There's ~10 pools (some repetitive) with ranging temperatures. $24 entry or $29 with repeat entry in 24 hours which was worth it to come later in the evening followed by a beer in the bars across the street.

I visited the spa to de-stress after several days on the road seeing the sights. I treated myself to a 90-minute massage, which worked all of the aches out of my tired shoulders and lower back. I was surprised when the full 90 minutes had passed. There were a number of other options for self-pampering for those who have the... More

A bit stressed out before hitting the pools. Much less stressed after visiting!!! Plenty of space for everyone.

After exploring various adventures in NZ, we changed pace and spent a morning at Hanmer Springs. The various pools were awesome and super relaxing, even though there were a bunch of kids in the water park area. The changing room / restroom was clean and warm (important when the cold wind blows in). Excellent experience.

Nothing like moving from one hot pool to another when temp is 50 degrees Fahrenheit and mildly raining.

The pools were on our top 5 to do whilst in NZ but when we got there we realised they were just pools that were heated. I'm not sure what I was expecting, I think I was thinking they would possibly be more natural looking but they aren't. We also went on a 28'deg day which was way to hot... More

We had an enjoyable time at the spa. We had a private pool for 30 mins to start and then went on to try various other pools. We loved the jacuzzi. It was fairly quiet as it was midweek.

This was wonderful after a long uphill walk to the local waterfall. Staff was friendly. The place was pretty quite due to the recent earthquake but i imagine it will be quite busy in the future.
