We've been several times with our son to the playground in the centre of De Haan. This time, because of the sunny weather, we wanted to have some pancakes and hot chocolates to finish our afternoon. La Potinière was crowded, but somehow we managed to find a table outside. It took a little while before the waitress arrived. She was... More

The bad ratings are based on the previous management. Due to the bad ratings, they lost the exploitation rights. The new management is very eager to improve the experience. So far the result is very promising. Great seating, great service. Highly recommended!

Although it is a interesting place for parents who want to have a close look on their children playing all around the place, it has less charm than an average tourist terrace. A pity.

A heaven on earth for children because the playground is in front of the cafeteria.Just have a drink when the sun shines.

Starting from 2016 there will be new owners in the tea room at the Potiniere. So please be careful when you read older reviews here, they will not reflect the new owners! I hope though that the new owners will do their best! I sometimes say that doing your best is not good enough, so I hope they are competent... More

We just returned from a lovely long weekend in De Haan and found this park to be filled with a number of activities for kids of all ages. It is set up in a very pleasant location, kept clean and with a lot of space that includes two playgrounds - one for younger children which protects them from the "exuberance"... More

Great little park in the centre of De Haan, including two play parks for the kids, mini golf and bike hire. The latter was a firm favourite with our 4 and 6 year old. So much so that we went back at opening time the following morning. Essentially, you can hire pedal and motorised bikes to tear around the path... More

When visiting the Haan with kids go to this location in the center where you will be able to relax and have a drink or some snacks. Your kids are able to play in one of the two playgrounds. Or rent a gocart for them to use in the park around the establishment. For using the rest room you need... More

It has a good location but overpriced for what it is. A lot of smokers on the terrace in such a child friendly area was surprising, but that may well not be the norm. Staff were ok but making inroads on the next level of inattentiveness. Pay for Wifi?? And judging by the other comments I'm pleased I didn't need... More
