This is a very distinctive church, old but in excellent shape, and made of red brick. There are well preserved tombs, seats, stained glass, etc. Sometimes churches tend to be same-old same-old, even if attractive, but this one is has a unique flavour

Our guide, Ulf, for our ship's tour from Warnemunde (about 40 minute drive) was very knowledgable. The history is fascinating. The red bricks were each made by hand for this enormous structure.

Visited on an organised tour of Warnemunde where our cruise ship was docked. Well worth a visit. Not the most spectacular in terms of silver, gold etc that you find in other major minsters but what was there and how it was constructed was fascinating....More

This was our first stop on our countryside tour, and a beautiful place to visit. Gorgeous red brick and full of stained glass windows. The crypts inside of royalty are very ornate and the entire property sits amidst lush greenery.
