An excellent trip. Plenty of time to explore Lagos. The trip back allowed time to see the caves, rugged coastline and a swim stop. Best of all, coming back under sail was hugely enjoyable. Friendly crew were knowledgeable and attentive throughout. Highly recommend this company.

A very enjoyable day out. Attractive, old fashioned sailing boat with 2 excellent and amusing guides who provided an entertaining and interesting commentary on the local sights. Also kindly tailored the trip to suit exactly what we wanted. Beautiful scenery, wonderful day out.

Amazing trip from Alvor to Lagos on Friday 13th October. Freddie & Pedro kept us entertained the whole time, they are quite the double-act. They certainly have some tales to tell, so laughter was guaranteed. We were a family party of 7, joined by 4...More

We decided to book last Friday's trip at 6.00pm for the 90 minute sunset cruise. I had wanted to do this trip for several years but only finally convinced the landlubbers to try it because of the exceptionally beautiful weather! We were absolutely delighted with...More

This was our third boat trip with Trigana and it was as good as ever. We went on the day trip to Lagos where we spent over 4 hours then back to Alvor via the caves. Unfortunately there wasn't enough wind this time so we...More

Sorry, I just saw your question. We are unable to go inside the caves as we have a mast, but we do get very close and you can see inside. Your son is classed as an adult in the Algarve I'm afraid and therefore the cost is... More

No doubt it as the sea was mainly calm. Sea sickness is a personal thing so it would depend on each individual. It's not something I can answer for everyone , but no one on our sailing did. Hope that helps.

There is a bus available but the best solution is to travel by taxi. Ask to be dropped off at the Ribeira restaurant in Alvor and we are located on the other side of the roundabout next to the walkway to the pontoon.
