Astro La Palma runs a really good tour, well organised, very well informed guides who took us into the mountains to see so many stars and constellations you don’t see at home.
I made a mistake with my booking and was very impressed when they...More
We came from Los Llanos and without a rental car, were wondering how we were to go back after the tour. We called and Ana provided us with a taxi home, which was very welcome!
The tour itself was awe inspiring. We saw several planets...More
The experts were knowledgable and very friendly however they mostly just pointed out constellations and a couple of planets. You had the chance to look through the telescope, it’s not the greatest telescope but looking at the moon through it was awesome! It’s very cold...More

Dear Eric. Thanks for your review but I am afraid you have purchased a ticket without previously reading what you were buying. This is not unique to you but it is still frustrating to us, given that we taken the time to detail every condition...More
Arrived to a car park where we saw some stars. The guide was helpful and friendly, but nothing at all spectacular. Seemed rather overpriced for what we got.
Make sure to come when the moon is low (as otherwise can’t see the Milky Way well)
Booking was slightly confusing; if you don't have your own transport, you need to book with "transfer", but Ana was really helpful and responsive to emails. The first night we booed was cancelled due to the weather, but the tour took place the next night...More
The first booking was cancelled with less than an hour to go because of clouds, but was rebooked for a couple of days later.
Took a couch to a high viewing point on La Palma - they warn you it's cold, and they're not kidding...More
Dont miss this excursion! Within a group you are guided by a group of astro physisits around the stars. They use lazer pens to point out stars and constellations and use large telescopes to give greater knowledge of the galaxies and stars. Remember you are...More

Hi, transport is optional and can be booked online. It leaves from our meeting point (map on our web and tickets) which is barely 5 mins walk from your hotel. You can pay online via paypal also with credit card. All the conditions are on our website on the Tours section. Safe journey to La Palma!
I don't think so. Once you are at there office/meeting point they offer to drive you to the points where the stargazing takes place. But you van call them. The phone number and office hours are on their website
