Old well in the city center is a traditional photo op for tourists, but we did not take any, as the sun was not right for any meaningful photographs.

In the Piazza Pio II which is sometimes called the most beautiful square in all of Tuscany! I can't really dispute that! Bernardo Rossellini designed it along with the various palazzos that line the square in the ancient borgo (district) of Corsignano.

Another work of the great Bernardo Rossellini at the central square, where he designed all the important buildings. It is a nice well, with two columns and carved capitals and friezes. It is one of my favorite charming spots of the city!

I've visited here many times, but this year I came in May when the piazza and the well were decorated with flowers. There were vendors on the streets selling everything from succulents to peonies!
