Interesting small castle. Nice setting in its grounds. Good views out to sea. Ok if you are already in town but not worth a special trip.

We were really surprised what a gem of a castle this was. There was a exhibit of sailing boats in the tower which was unexpected. Overall well worth a visit & free admission too.

The castle was not open as we went in the afternoon. It was nice to just have a wonder around if you were close by but not to make a special trip

Lovely little walk to the end of this point. A suggestion would be to make sure you have an Icecream at hand and enjoy taking pics at the top of the section opposite the castle. The canons Make for amusing pics too:)
