Long stretch of sand
Mar. 2018 • Couples
Parked at the top end of Calle Lopez Sena just down from the Old Town area (plenty of cafes and bars all along) and walked to the bottom of the street which ends at the beachfront and balcony area - there’s a small square before with some odd looking metal sculptures. An esplanade follows the beach around the bay and a pleasant walk even out of season. Visited beginning of March and obviously the beach was empty! From the balcony you get good views right across the long stretch of sand, out to sea, back towards town and the hilltop viewpoint out on headland.

Lot of sand dunes
Aug. 2017
Not to big, not too small La Salvé is another beach in the north. It is very similar to the rest except for the fact that has a lot of sand dunes.

Excellent beach in Laredo, long, clean, good for kitesurfers
Jul. 2017 • Family
I say it's good for kitesurfers as we saw a lot of them. Well-guarded beach, clean and long. Enough space for anybody even on the weekends. Also enough space for parking if not on the main parking lot you can park along the street and go through the dunes directly to the beach - there are some paths available.

Wonderful clean beach
Jul. 2017 • Couples
This is a stunning beach. The town keeps it clean, the water is warm and calm, there are many lifeguards. The beach itself is wide and sandy, plenty of space for many to enjoy. the scenery surrounding is equally impressive, contains in the back and a large hill in the front as it is part of a cove. the only drawback is that there a a great many high-rises along the shore which detracts from the otherwise natural setting.

Super beach.. don't miss going there. The beach was very clean as was the sea. It's also a short ride on a bike to the town.

Extensive sandy beach
Apr. 2016 • Couples
The extensive sandy beach “La Salve” (about 7km long) – which is nearly deserted in the pre-season – invites to long walks. Dogs are admissible at “La Salve” from the start of October until the end of April.

Functional, but not inspirational.
Jul. 2015 • Family
Laredo feels pretty dated and lifeless in the main. We stayed here for four days in pretty poor accommodation, and we were delighted to leave and even more delighted to discover Noja not far round the coast to the West, which is night and day in terms of quality and experience.
