As a frequent visitor to Bridgnorth, I often use this quaint and period method of commuting between high and low town. Always a most pleasurable experience.

In the summer when Bridgnorth gets busy, park in low town and get the fenicular to high town. Enjoy the views as you go up and down!

A quick trip up and down the railway is a nice way to get to where you want easily. The price isn't too bad either!

Well this is one of those things that should be experienced at least once - however don't expect a long ride. The walk from Low to High town is quite steep and this is a bargain at £1.60 return.
