We came for a degustation and tasting by bike. So friendly. Such a cool little family business. Great chutney great liquors especially the absinthe prepared in front of you on fire. Great value for money!

We visited this shop during our bike tour with Martin's Bikes. The woman in charge set up literally DOZENS of preserves for us to taste -- olive spreads, jams, dulce de leche, etc. I tried them ALL! So good!! We also tasted homemade chocolates and two different liquors of our choosing. My favorite was the chocolate hazelnut liquor though the Absinthe was also really exciting to try. Everything is handmade from family recipes. It was a truly delicious and fun experience!

Wonderful little gem of a shop. Great variety of tastings as mentioned in previous reviews. I loved the chutney which we bought later to have with cheese. Delicious.
The home made liquors were also delicious and a bottle of Irish cream joined our chutney for a feast later on.
Lovely homemade produce. Great job Nora.

This place was AWESOME. We took the public bus from Mendoza to Chacras de Coria, which we then explored on foot. After visiting a couple of wineries we decided to check out what had been described to us as a "chocolate factory". In reality, this is more like a little shop selling a wide variety of sweet treats and savoury preserves, as well as assorted liqueurs. The señora who runs the shop also does all the cooking- these are all family recipes that have been passed down to her and she is very proud of her "hobby". And so she should be- everything we tasted was absolutely delicious... and we tasted a lot. There were about 10 different savoury preserves (smoked olive paste, eggplant chutney etc) followed by about the same number of sweet spreads (apple marmalade and hazelnut dulce de leche the highlights!). Then we were presented with a dozen different flavoured liqueurs, of which we could choose one each. Although she spoke little English and our Spanish is terrible, she was very kind and funny and super generous. I can't believe she doesn't charge people for these tastings- as she explained it is truly her "hobby" and she enjoys sharing that with others. I couldn't help but buy some of the Hazelnut Dulce de Leche. Everything was very reasonably priced and if we weren't returning home to Australia in a couple of days I would have bought much more. This was a lovely break from the wineries and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND it to anybody!
