While exploring Mount Tamborine, we stop over for the glow worm tour. While it's not natural, it was very educational. The cafe at the winery served good food - fish and chips and Devonshire tea.

You go expecting some natural cave and worms, but actually feels like its an experiment of their studies. A closed area, you go in and you have to watch this boring video, instead of seeing everything. You cant take any photos. There are a lot of glow worms, but only the guide has a infrared flash light that you can... More

With three generations travelling together it is always a challenge to find something to interest everyone. Glow Worm Caves is it. To think these little beings only exist in New Zealand and Australia, one has to visit them. Fantastic set up. I cannot fathom how much time, money and energy went into setting this up. It has definitely been a... More

This is a short tour but very informative. Our guide Mariah was very friendly and tried very hard to include everyone and make it a fun experience. We had a small group which was nice. The groups either side of ours were much bigger. The tour starts with a short DVD presentation. You then enter the man made cave and... More

We had traveled from Gold Coast to Tamborine on a day trip to see the glow worms. The scale of the manmade cave was much smaller than I had expected but nevertheless, it was an interesting tour and informative for both kids and adults. There was a video screening about glow worms before we entered a short walkthrough cave where... More

The guide had loads of information to share about the glow worms and was able to answer all questions. She was also funny which engaged the entire group. I only wish we could have been in the cave a little longer.

Mt Tambourine is a beautiful place to visit and so many places to tempt you - Cedar Creek Winery is a beautiful property serving lunch and the glow worm caves tour is just awesome, a tour for all ages and capabilities - an easy Boardwalk tour, no special walking gear needed!!! Our 10 year olds wore thongs
