The glow worms were fascinating and the place was nice and clean. Our tour guide was informative and knew what she was doing. We were however, overcharged and it was, in our opinion a little overpriced for what it was at the correct price. The...More

Hi John, It is unfortunate that the admission price was a little expensive, however let me assure you that our Glow Worm tours are actually the cheapest in both Australia and New Zealand, with the average admission cost for a Glow Worm tour being roughly...More

We went first up, I was glad too because it got busy quick. Guys at the shop were friendly but it started to get creepy friendly like captain Spaulding (look it up) lol. Glow worm was a quick boring video and ushered thru a cold...More

It is unfortunate that you did not enjoy your Glow Worm tour. Our Glow Worm Cave has been Ecotourism certified (being featured in both Totally Wild and National Geographic), and contains a population of roughly 6000 Glow Worms. We know this due to having Dr...More

It was an ok cute tour through. Very man made but well done. Tour guides are lovely. People taking the tour were noisy and couldn't/wouldn't control their children in the dark which ruined the experience a lot

I wasn't quite sure what to expect when I realised the caves weren't natural caves, but I was simply blown away, it is such a magical experience.

The background and information was great made enjoyable by the knowledge and interaction with the guide. I think planning a visit to fit in with other activities in the area is advised.

Took 2 kids to the glow worm caves. Fab experience, great science being done and a knowledgeable guide who was great with the kids. I bought the kids an activity pack each, they kept them entertained for days. The wine tasting while we waited was...More

Quite a long drive to this little man=made glow worm cave. The guide was really good and it's worth a visit only if you are in the area or a convenient stop to see glow worms (not in their natural habitat).

it's totally safe. We watched a short video and spent about 30min in the cave. The guide was attentive and helpful, so not to worry. Not flash light though 😉
